Panoramic sliding doors system is an efficient type of glazed enclosure with a minimalist, yet functional and innovative finish. This system manufactured by Acristalia is made up of two main elements, high quality stainless aluminium that can be finished in any colour from the RAL chart, anodised and imitation wood finishes and, on the other hand, tempered, laminated, solar control glass or any composition that adds up to 10 or 12mm.

PROJECT SIZE. This is a solution for those situations that require making the most of the space, without the system invading the adjacent area, and in those installations that need the weight of the system to rest on the bottom. For this, it is important to consider the dimensions of the sliding door system because they can reach up to 3.5 metres in height and have a maximum panel width of 1.4 metres.

TYPES OF GLASS. Being manufacturers of our own systems allows us to offer a wide variety of glass types available to suit our customers’ tastes and requirements. For this reason, we can offer any model or variant of glass available on the market (tempered, laminated, laminated-tempered, etc.).

GUIDE OPTIONS. You can choose between optimised stainless steel bottom guides that improve the appearance and neatness of the tracks, as well as the sliding. And continuous stainless steel bottom guide that allows opening from both sides.

OPENING DEVICES. The opening of the panoramic glass sliding doors is optimised depending on the required use. ALUMINIUM PROFILES. The panoramic sliding door – Tandem Series is equipped with Acristalia’s own aluminium profiles. The main characteristics of Acristalia’s aluminium profiles are their high resistance to corrosive agents and great mechanical strength. At Acristalia we have a wide range of finishes for our panoramic sliding doors system, with a choice of RAL colours, an extensive range of woods and anodised finishes. All finishes comply with Qualicoat, Qualideco or Qualanod standards.

The panoramic sliding glass doors are very simple to operate. Just gently push the glass panel in the desired direction so that it flows perfectly on the guides.

Thanks to its high quality AISI 316 stainless steel bottom rails, the system maintains a high resistance to its movement on the rails, as well as its exposure to water and maritime climates where there is a high concentration of salts in the air.

The Tandem series have two options for their rails: continuous and optimised.

The continuous rails are composed of INOX guides along the entire length of the guide, this allows the double opening direction. These rails have the option of machining the drains for the correct evacuation of water, both in the surfaced guide option and in the embedded one.

The optimised rails have the guides cut out so that they only allow opening in one direction, leaving one leaf always fixed. As an advantage, it has greater ease in the evacuation of water (no drains required), easy cleaning of the bottom guide rail and improved visual appearance of the product.

2. Panoramic view. The panoramic sliding door is fitted with glass panels up to a maximum width of 1.4 metres. So wide that it will seem as if they do not exist.

4. Safety is paramount. Optionally, an anti-theft system can be included to prevent the glass panels from being removed from the rail. As an integrated mechanism, the glass panel can be fitted with a key-operated lock.
5. Ideal for weak ceilings. Because the weight rests on the bottom, the panoramic sliding door is ideal for rooms where it is preferable for the system to rest on the floor.
